Frequently asked questions

How do I start?

Create an account with your email. Once we approve it, you get 15 free days with the Pro plan's features. Connect your stores from the Integrations page and the orders show up by themselves.

Do I need to enter a card?

No. You pick a plan only if you want to continue after the trial.

Is my data safe?

Data is stored on servers in the European Union, and your store credentials are encrypted. You can turn on two-step verification at login.

Can I use SellPilot alongside the platform I have now?

Yes. SellPilot reads your orders without changing anything in your stores. Just make sure an order's invoice and shipping label are issued from a single place.

I work with an external warehouse. Does it work?

Yes. You give the warehouse access to orders and stock only, without costs and profit. If the warehouse also uses SellPilot, you link your accounts.

Can I give access to an employee or my accountant?

Yes. Each person gets their own role: the operator sees orders and stock, the accountant sees the money. You choose who sees costs and profit.

What happens after the 15 days?

You choose a plan and pick up where you left off. If you don't, the account is paused and your data is kept.
